Shipping and Handling Charges

All book orders will be shipped by surface mail (book rate), unless you request otherwise. For international orders, allow 12-14 weeks for delivery of surface mail packages. Air book rates are available internationally for 1-3 weeks delivery. Air mail orders will be charged 35% of total cost for shipping. All orders under $100 will be charged 10% of total cost to cover regular shipping costs. The minimum charge is $4. In California, an 8.25% sales tax will be added.
